The consultant was honestly so bad it made me want to swear lol. Almost all the front desk staff are rude.. I’ve never once felt they were kind. The consultant tried to get into a power struggle, and among all the places I’ve been to, this was the first place that tried so hard to win by doing that lol. I put up with it and got surgery only because of the director. I actually thought the director was the type to pursue a glamorous style, but seeing other people’s reviews, I guess there are differences. The director is meticulous and listens well to your needs, so I think it’s best to say everything. They don’t over-treat, are straightforward, and my surgical progress is good, so I’m satisfied.
