I had seen in several reviews that they were unfriendly, so I expected it to some extent before going, but the way they spoke was just too... I didn’t feel good during the consultation.
They said not to expect anything from the scarring (though I guess it can’t be helped because it’s double-line excision..)
They did not show before-and-after photos, and said there was no aftercare such as swelling injections or scar-tissue injections.
