I visited the hospital because of my mom’s drooping eyelids, and this was my first consultation there. I went thinking about upper blepharoplasty or a brow lift, but the doctor said that to solve the overall sagging, a forehead lift was the answer, and recommended a forehead lift. Since it’s a surgery with a big risk of side effects, I said I was hesitant, so he recommended doing a brow lift together with incision double eyelid surgery. But afterward, other hospitals told me that just a brow lift would be enough for her eyes, and most said that because of her age, combining a brow lift and double eyelid surgery would not be good for recovery. I heard they don’t do unnecessary treatment, but by my standards it felt a little like overtreatment. Still, in terms of price, it was probably the most reasonable among the places I consulted. Also, the doctor seemed a little fake? in his kindness, but he did seem quite professional, and above all the consultation manager was really kind and knew a lot of professional information. I was almost willing to consider surgery just because of the consultation manager. Also, since they had worked at this hospital for a long time, it felt like aftercare and follow-up communication would go smoothly.
