I visited because one eye was coming undone, and because a lot of eyelid fat had been removed during my previous incisional surgery, I now have fat loss above the upper eyelid, causing the eyelid to overlap, a multiple-crease phenomenon. The director first asked for my opinion and then gave a diagnosis. He said, “It is pretty even now -> but to improve these kinds of areas, the surgery would be done this way~.” For surgery as well, left eye buried suture -> after six months -> fat grafting -> 6 month f/u -> right eye buried suture -> 6month fu -> secondary fat grafting. He said he would operate this delicately and calmly… over the long term.. I wanted to get it done all at once, so it did not suit me. (As an aside.. I was surprised because there were many middle-aged madams in the waiting room paying with bundles of cash..)
