The doctor was kind and took good care of me, the consultation was kind, and the explanations were given gently and clearly. They shaped the line right away and explained, "This is the kind of line it will be~" I could tell they took pride in their surgery. The consultation was fine, but I didn't like the pressure to make a reservation.
