I went for a consultation about raising the tip of my nose, but since I didn't want to shave down the hump or use implants, I was told there are limits to raising it with cartilage alone. Instead, they recommended alar reduction, saying it could produce a result similar to the image I wanted. The desk staff were very kind and the facility was clean. When you first go, they take a CT scan, so you have to remove all piercings. The consultation manager was kind, but maybe because she was busy, she gave off a somewhat rushed feeling. She also spoke very quickly. The doctor was kind and consulted according to the image I wanted. However, they didn't explain the alar reduction method or the surgery process..
