The consultation took about two hours in total; the waiting time was long.. The clinic manager was really kind. The director was also gentle and kind, and felt like they listened to my opinions a lot. I was worried about whether to do canthoplasty or not, and they showed me how it would look without it, which I liked. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation.
