Eye Surgery Considerations

Clinic review from a community

I don’t recommend it. Seriously, if they’re going to make people wait, why even have appointment times? They can’t communicate among themselves either. They left me sitting in a room telling me to wait, then after 30 minutes someone else came in calling another person’s name, like “Mr./Ms. so-and-so~.” What are they even doing? The facility also felt like some neighborhood dermatology clinic. The director wasn’t exactly rude, but it felt like my opinions weren’t really there. I thought I was listening to a speech. Looking at reviews, they say the same thing to other people too. They emphasize volume, so I did like that point, but the way they naturally started speaking informally and had this insane confidence somehow felt off. They said if I have the surgery my nose will spread, but since it’s a naturally spread nose, it won’t be noticeable so it’s fine. I never even brought up my nose, but even the consultation manager chimed in and said I’d need to get my nose done anyway, that kind of nonsense. Completely dumbfounded. I asked whether CCTV viewing is allowed, and they said that’s not something they normally just show, it’s shown if there’s a problem, but they’ve never had that happen, so I thought maybe I should skip this place. If doing two-jaw surgery, square jaw is included, and with chin tip and cheekbones, under the condition of partial disclosure it was 17.6 million won in cash, half card half cash 19.8 million won, deposit 500,000 won. There was pressure to pay the deposit. When I said I’d go consult elsewhere and think again, they went on about the regular price, asking if I was going to do it for 26 million won. In the end I paid the deposit and left, but when I said I wanted a refund, they took my card number and the refund still hadn’t come in by the 6th day, so I contacted them and only then did they cancel it. Fuck off.
