I visited because of under-eye fat repositioning. The wait was a little long, but not terribly long. The consultation went in this order: manager - doctor - manager, and the manager was so kind that I think I felt good throughout the entire consultation.
I consulted with Dr. Shin, and his consultation was concise: he explained the surgery direction, improvement points, and surgical methods, then asked me if I had any questions.
After the doctor's consultation, during the manager's consultation again, they helped with the payment details and scheduling, and there wasn't much pressure to pay a deposit, which I liked even more!!
Overall, the staff and the manager were so kind that it became a hospital I really liked, and because of that I booked surgery right away. I was so grateful to the manager who always came out to see me all the way to the door every time I left the hospital ㅠㅇㅠ
