<Nasal tip surgery>I had my first surgery with donated costal cartilage, and after getting it done, I’m noticing a lot of things, so I’m worried.. If it’s donated costal cartilage, will it still be very hard even after some time passes? Can I move my nose side to side? I know I can’t make a pig nose, but would side-to-side movement be possible I think the surgery went well
