I like a natural style, so I went in for a consultation. The doctor explained things kindly and calmly, and said that with (silicone + ear cartilage), if I didn’t want the nostrils to look too obvious, I could do the inner side first and then consider doing the outer side later as well, so it really felt like a clinic that pursues naturalness. Personally, I prefer a septal support graft, so I don’t think I’ll go through with surgery, but I had a good impression.
