The wait took 1 hour? The consultant was also very nice, and there was no pressure at all to pay a deposit. As others said, the director looked extremely busy When I said I had no questions, he immediately hurried out… I’m not sure about the factory-like feel, and he does tend to give some blunt, factual feedback. But he touched my nose quite a lot while explaining the problems. There were a lot of staff members, and there were foreigners too
