The director was very serious, cautious, and kind They listened to my opinions well. However, rather than looking at my face and giving a diagnosis, it felt like, if I wanted it, do it, and if not, don’t, so it felt like I had to make all the choices myself. It was disappointing because it felt like there was no clear conviction. The consultant was also on the kinder side, and they answered my questions well
