For surgery, he did not recommend this and that unnecessarily, and spoke only about the rhinoplasty I wanted. He seemed to place a lot of importance on the columella and nasolabial angle, which are parts I also consider important, so honestly, during the consultation I thought I wanted to have surgery here. I think he would create the line well.
