I had nose filler before, and this was the first hospital that dissolved it and then checked the progress twice. They seem to value safety very highly. However, they mentioned extra costs for the procedure itself and also extra costs if there wasn't enough septal cartilage, so the price got too expensive and I gave up. Aside from the cost, I wanted to do it here.
