First of all, there were really, really many people. Even though I made a reservation before going, there was a wait to meet the consultant -> another wait for the director -> then another wait to meet the consultant again Maybe because there were many people getting fillers too, there were just so many people The director also seemed a bit tired, maybe because he was doing consultations in between surgeries. Still, he explained the consultation calmly and well.
