First of all, the director looked really tired.. It was the first place I visited, so I was a bit intimidated.. Also, they seemed to have a clear personal aesthetic and confidence in their skills. I think they might like a slightly glamorous and slim look. Even though I said I wanted to do it without an implant, they said they would use silicone, and said they would definitely use autologous costal cartilage… I think the result would have been good, but since it was my first surgery, I chose another clinic.
