I'm on day 4 after the 3 types of facial contouring surgery, and the swelling is really severe. I think now is the period when it's gradually going down. People who say it really doesn't hurt must have great constitutions, good good. I was in pain and felt completely weak I'm still eating porridge too. But I think it's good because it's gradually improving a lot, hehe
