The hospital has only been open for 4 years, so of course the facilities are nice. For some reason, I found the counseling managers’ attitude and tone unpleasant. I made a reservation with the hope that, since it is an eye-specialized hospital, I could trust them with my eyes and my revision surgery would go well, but after going for another consultation, what I felt was that they really only look at the eyes and seem to operate without considering the overall facial proportions or the space between the eyes and eyebrows. Both the director and the counseling manager seem to consider double-eyelid surgery strictly a cosmetic surgery, so they keep saying that eyes not closing fully or other functional side effects are unavoidable things that can come along with this cosmetic surgery. They absolutely will not refund the deposit even if you say you will report them to the Korea Consumer Agency, so I hope you make a surgical reservation carefully.
