I didn’t see any effect from Botox, but apparently there are people whose muscles move a lot when they clench their teeth. I heard those people see a lot of effect! Mine moved too, so I thought, “Maybe it’ll work?” and tried it, but there was almost no effect I couldn’t really see it. Still, this also has almost no side effects, so I recommend giving it a try once!
