I found it after seeing a well-done surgery review photo (surgery to lift the outer corners of the eyes) on a plastic surgery cafe. The director seems to have an aesthetic sense when looking at the overall facial framework. Though it also slightly felt like he was fitting every photo into his own surgery and explaining it that way. On the other hand, personally, the photos here unusually include many photos of people who seem to be at the level of plastic surgery addiction / plastic surgery-related mental illness, so it felt a bit puzzling and somewhat uncomfortable.
