Before before before after after after I had surgery without implants, and I wanted improvement in the front view more than the side view. The side view became much more refined than I expected, and the front view also seems to have improved satisfactorily within what could be done without putting in an implant! After one month, I think most of the pain has gone away too. I like my nose line now, so I hope it does not drop further or anything. A lot of swelling went down over the month, but they said more swelling will go down over 6 months, so I am looking forward to it.
