It has been a long time since the surgery. Purple: It does not show well in photos, but to the naked eye it is completely shaped like a ㄷ. Red: A scar from cutting too much and then suturing it back. Yellow: Mark showing the end of the outer corner of the eye. Blue: An indented area where they slipped while cutting.
They cut too excessively behind the outer corner of the eye, so during surgery they had to suture it again, and after recovery a white suture scar formed. Up to this point, it is okay, but my right eye is shaped like a ㄷ, so it is obvious that I had canthoplasty. At least it was not cut too excessively, so no one notices unless they look closely, but if they look into my face, it shows. My left eye is not completely ㄷ-shaped like the right eye, but there was also a mistake by the clinic: while cutting, they slipped, so there is an area indented like a puddle. When tears collect there, they immediately flow down. It is hard to capture in photos, but it is clearly visible to the naked eye. An unavoidable side effect is that if before surgery you could hold tears so they collected on the mucous membrane, after surgery you cannot hold tears. If my eyes sting and tears collect, they immediately flow down from the surgical area. Because it is an artificially cut area, there is no ledge to hold them, so it cannot function like the ocular mucous membrane.
