He is very capable, and I know that, but it feels like he tends to insist more on the ideal direction he thinks of rather than what the patient wants. If you say you want a certain surgery, it feels like the method and degree of that surgery are already fixed, so it doesn't seem like my preferred style would be able to come into play.
