The doctor was kind, and maybe because he spoke in a dialect, he felt familiar..? I had a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning, and the answers focused on my questions. It took about 20 to 30 minutes. He said the surgery would cost 1.1 million won (including VAT), and there was no pressure to go ahead with the surgery~~
