About 7 years ago? I only had hump osteotomy and deviated septum surgery at a university hospital (no silicone or autologous tissue at all). This time, I went for a consultation with the goal of slightly raising only the nasal tip while correcting a bulbous nose. My nose is a little higher than the average person's, but the nasal tip skin is a bit thick and it has a bulbous-nose feel, so I wanted surgery to make the nasal tip slimmer and a bit more refined? rather than surgery that makes the nose higher.
