I’ve had a hairline hair transplant and wanted an even narrower forehead, so I had a consultation for forehead reduction surgery. They said the density in the front area where I had the hair transplant was weak, and suggested removing it all and doing the reduction. That means getting rid of anywhere from a few hundred grafts to nearly a thousand grafts, and since I thought my hair transplant had turned out pretty well, I wondered if this was really right.. I’m in my early 20s, but they also recommended a lift because my eyebrow position is low (they didn’t mention any other reason). I also wondered if that was really right....
