About 5 years after getting rhinoplasty with Gore-Tex, my nose seemed to lift slightly. I already had an upturned nose, but my nostrils showed even more, so I had it removed and did autologous dermis without an implant, and had the nasal tip brought together. Now, 4 years later, I honestly feel like less than 30% of the nasal bridge remains. I paid 3.5 million won back then, but somehow I didn’t like the design and it looked artificial, so I paid 1.5 million won for another revision... When I think of the 5 million won, sigh... Since I keep thinking that putting in an implant means revision surgery, I’m just living with it as is.
