I had quick buried-suture double eyelid surgery without sleep anesthesia, and I visited to correct asymmetrical eyes. The line I wanted came out, so I decided to have the surgery. After the quick buried-suture procedure, there was almost no swelling (low inner double eyelid line), and the result was satisfying. I think people who want something fast and dislike sleep anesthesia will like it more!
