Almost one year after arm liposuction

It has been about eight months since I had fat removed from my upper arms at [Clinic A]. I normally had quite a lot of fat in my upper arms, so it bothered me a lot, but overall I am satisfied after the procedure. As time passed, the swelling completely subsided and I was happy to see that the fat in my upper arms had clearly decreased. However, I have been exercising consistently recently and gained some arm muscle, so my upper arms feel thick again. Still, there is definitely a difference from when they looked thick because of fat, and the overall arm line seems more defined than before. Honestly, my arms did not become dramatically thin, but I can definitely feel that the fat itself has decreased. Especially when I touch my upper arms, I can feel that there is less fat than before, which is satisfying. Even eight months after the procedure, the results seem to be holding well, and personally I think it was a good decision. I hope this helps people concerned about upper-arm fat. I am also fairly satisfied with the price, and the follow-up care has been good. However, I have not even seen the doctor since the procedure.
