My arm shape became bizarre after arm liposuction

This is a photo from the day after arm liposuction. The swelling has gone down, but even now it does not look very different from this. It looks fine with my arms at my sides, but when I raise them, they become bizarre like this. It seems like an indentation from over-liposuction. When I told the clinic, they said we would have to wait until the swelling went down to evaluate it. When I brought it up after more than a month, the coordinator said there was nothing that could be done. They also mentioned fat grafting. I looked it up and found many issues such as thickening at the grafted area, unevenness, and poor fat survival T_T. I had surgery because I was bothered by the thickness of that area, so isn't this really unacceptable? I am seriously annoyed. I even had it done at a famous clinic. I will go for a consultation with the doctor, but even a full refund would not make me feel better. I put in a huge amount of time and money and went through all that suffering, but now I feel even more self-conscious than before surgery and think I may never be able to wear sleeveless clothes again. I tried to understand and move on, but the more I look at it, the more depressed and stressed I become.
