The consultant speaks calmly and softly and doesn’t pressure you to pay a deposit, but she does emphasize a lot that she personally has strong trust in the director. The consultation with the director was a bit short, but that was because I didn’t have questions.. He answered everything I asked. There wasn’t really any pressure to get procedures either. The waiting time was about 10 minutes including filling out the chart...? There is CCTV, and it can be disclosed if you consent when filling out the consent form. But the way they designed the line wasn’t exactly hugely my style; it was just decent. Consultation fee X
