It’s finally been a week since I had cheekbone and temple reduction!!! Time that felt like it would never pass went by so quickly I’m not wearing the compression band anymore, I can brush my teeth, and the swelling is going down more every day!! I only struggled a bit until the third day, and after that, the swelling gradually went down and I started looking forward to getting prettier! Now I can open my mouth fairly well, so I’m finally chewing food and eating deliciously. After just a week, I think it’s not too difficult to go outside or walk around with just a mask on Oh, and! My doctor said walking is the best for reducing swelling, so I’m trying to make sure I walk for an hour or two every day. The swelling is definitely much more reduced than when I go out. Rather than staying at home, I think going out, living normally, and walking helps relieve swelling!!
