The hospital was far from my home, so I contacted them saying I wanted to first get a rough idea of the surgery cost and whether it was possible, and then afterward visit right away to schedule a surgery date. I saw their YouTube and Instagram ads and was really drawn in, so I really wanted to have it done at this hospital, and I contacted the consultant several times with various questions. They said that if I sent photos of my eyes, the doctor would look at them and make a judgment, so I took and sent several photos, but they didn’t properly explain the reason and just said it couldn’t be done, and that was it. I was really upset, but I’m glad I didn’t make an unnecessary trip.
