I had surgery to put only silicone in my nasal bridge. It’s already been around 10 years since I had it done. I didn’t do Gore-Tex or cartilage or anything like that, just simple silicone inserted into the nasal bridge. I had the surgery, and I’ve been doing well until now without any particular contracture or side effects, but maybe because it’s silicone, I feel like my skin is getting thinner, and I strongly feel like it has that chalky silicone feeling, so I think a lot about wanting to remove it. I was someone with almost no nasal bridge at all, and after putting in the nasal bridge, I do look a bit older, but... I’m worried my nose will become too low if I remove the silicone, and I’m also worried about side effects and surgery, and I wonder if I should have revision surgery... I didn’t know what would be best, so I joined this community.
