I live outside Seoul, so I haven’t been able to go around to many clinics for consultations, but I went to the most famous clinic here, and they said that because my skin is thick, even if I get bulbous nose surgery, it won’t become super slim Right now I have a hump + bulbous nose, so sometimes I feel like I’d be satisfied if my side profile became smoother and the front view was improved just a little, but then I also wonder if I should take on the risks of rhinoplasty when the effect might not be that big… It’s not easy I guess I’ll have to search a lot online and go to many consultations to find a clinic that can improve my bulbous nose as much as possible, sigh

2429 I also had surgery for bulbous nose correction, but it feels kind of... something... They said they removed fat too, but... that nasal bridge width? There’s nothing they can do about that... And my skin around the nostril wings is even thick, so they said nostril reduction would be difficult too
