For my first surgery, I had silicone + ear cartilage, but because my skin is thin, the ear cartilage showed through, and my nasal tip would turn red when it was cold in winter or when I drank alcohol. So after one year, I had the ear cartilage removed and left only the silicone in place.
Then 7 years later, I finally touched the nasal tip. I had surgery using silicone + nasal septal cartilage, but the nasal tip drooped, so it did not really become higher and my nose just ended up looking longer. So one week later, I had the nasal septal cartilage removed and had nasal cartilage suturing done.
As a result, my nose looks pinched, and since it is straight from the nasal starting point to the nasal tip, my nose looks long and it is obvious I had surgery. Because I kept having surgeries repeatedly, a lot of scar tissue formed too, so I had several scar tissue injections, but it was not completely removed. 7 years after that, I am looking into revision surgery again. My nose is the biggest overall problem on my face.
