I heard a lot that I looked dull because of my bulbous nose and hump, so I looked into nose surgery. But I also have rhinitis, so I was going to look into functional rhinoplasty together, but people around me said that noses all relapse again anyway and that if my purpose was cosmetic, I should find a place that is good at cosmetic work, so I got a consultation. It felt very professional! They pointed out the issues with my nose and suggested options, saying doing it this way and that way would likely work.
