They removed 1600 cc of pure fat, and my upper-arm circumference before surgery was 36.5 cm in August, but when I measured recently it was 25 cm lolololololol Friends who know me ask why my frame got so small;; people who don’t know me think my arms were always like this lololol
If anyone is considering arm liposuction, I seriously want to recommend it
The size did shrink a lot, but anyone who has had liposuction will know this: I think it’s really important to maintain it while dieting. Honestly, I was 75 kg (height 156 cm;;;) and wondered if I should diet first and then get liposuction, but I couldn’t diet lololololol so I just did it, you know? Once only my arms got slimmer, I felt like I couldn’t have only skinny arms, so I think I ended up dieting harder After liposuction, it also gave me huge motivation to diet, so even if you have some weight, I’d actually recommend it. I combined it with diet control and have currently lost 12 kg haha. Friends around me ask if I swapped out only my arms, and they call me the Ilsan Lego girl lolololololololololol If you compare the photos, you can really tell, but since I reduced my arms overall(?), my whole body feels more delicate Before that my build was seriously huge, and my shoulders were broad too... Also, accessory breast tissue really seems hard to get rid of unless you do arm liposuction;
Of course, I lost almost over 10 kg in 3 months, but… I was so satisfied after doing my arms that I went ahead and took care of my abdomen too lolololololol To make the slim look of my arms and stomach match, I guess….! >< Next time I’ll come back and share a review after the abdominal procedure too.
