Director Seo thought through my concerns in various ways. My facial features are on the defined side, but I was concerned that my overall face shape was not well established, and the director showed a lot of empathy while giving the consultation. Since it is a surgery that involves cutting bone, during the consultation process, he first asked what direction I wanted, and then the atmosphere was that the director set a realistically achievable target. It was nice that there was enough time to talk with the director. There were also visual materials available during the consultation, so it was one of the hospitals where communication went well.
