[Good points] The cost was the same as the procedure fee I was informed of, and there was absolutely no pressure to add extra procedures. Even though it was the last time slot, the director carefully checked the design, so I felt reassured. They didn’t pressure me into this and that, and checked things smoothly and sensibly according to the direction I wanted! If anything, the concise explanation without unnecessary talk made me trust them. + It felt like they proceeded with a design that fit current trends, rather than an excessive design
[Disappointing points] In the operating room, they scolded the foreign nursing assistant too harshly, so I was very distracted and anxious during surgery. I hope this part improves. Also, I couldn’t know the progress during the procedure, so it felt a bit frustrating.
