How many weeks before eye surgery (canthoplasty) do you have to stop drinking?

I didn’t get ptosis correction, only non-incisional double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, but when I cry or water touches my eyes, they sting... Has anyone had the same experience as me? It’s been almost 3 weeks since the surgery
