I heard conjunctival swelling could happen, but thankfully I didn’t have it. During recovery, one eye looked redder, but that naturally went away as time passed. The scar also doesn’t show very much.
I got good information here and looked things up as well before choosing a clinic, and so far I’m fairly satisfied.
At first, the outer corner and lower area were lifted more than this, but I think the lines will settle naturally as I recover. If you look at each change one by one, it may not seem that dramatic, but when I look in the mirror, the difference still seems pretty big. For anyone worried that their eye corners are upturned and make them look a bit sharp, I think it’s worth getting a consultation. It was my first surgery, and I’m glad nothing went wrong. ^^
