It seems like they made only a very small incision at the outer corner of my eye, and the effect is definitely minimal... I'm already looking into lateral lower canthoplasty together at another hospital. Side effects are risky too, but if they open it too little, the next surgery is considered revision surgery, so I think surgery really has to be decided very carefully..
