Since it was peak season, the staff looked insanely busy, and after registering they told me to wait, so I had been waiting over 2 and a half hours just for the consultation. Then suddenly they called asking when I was coming even though I had a reservation;; Somehow I got into a consultation with the consultant, and when I told her about the waiting situation, she apologized and said that if I had surgery, they would add either Botox or skin care as a complimentary service. They connected me to a doctor who was available quickly. During the consultation, the doctor marked the line, said the procedure name, said it seemed like it would go well, and left after 5 minutes.
