I suddenly gained 15 kg, and even after losing 10 kg, my upper arms were still thick. Since I have a relatively large chest, I felt exercise would not slim my arms, so I finally had liposuction at Delight! I went to work the very next day and was not in enough pain to stop me from attending a workshop! It just felt like the day after an arm workout. I absolutely do not regret having arm liposuction at Delight, and I am just waiting for the swelling to go down further.
