While dieting, I lost a lot of breast volume, and it was really hard to bring the volume back up. I was planning to keep managing it more from here.. but I kept worrying that it might keep shrinking, and even though I had worked on my body, it felt like the shape did not really show, so after thinking it over, I had surgery not long ago!!!
Next week, it will be 3 months, and I have recovered a lot. Originally, I had a lot of swelling, and my body hurt like I had been beaten up somewhere, so for a few days after surgery I stayed only at home, and there were some parts that made daily life a little uncomfortable, so it was tough, but now the swelling has gone down a lot, so I feel less burdened, and I think the feel has improved too. It still needs to get better though haha
But since it has not been that long since surgery, I plan to keep going to the hospital for follow-ups and management. When I wear workout clothes or a swimsuit and so on, my body looks so pretty, so I like it. I used to have very little confidence in summer, but now I can go around confidently even in summer, and I think it will become my favorite season
