There was a bit of waiting time, and they only told me when the consultation would be if I asked, so that was a little disappointing. The consultant explained everything from the forehead reduction surgery process to aftercare while showing me a PPT. The consultation with her was longer than with the director. When I had the consultation with the director, the consultation itself ended quickly, about 3 minutes? The price was cheaper compared to other hospitals, but other than that there wasn’t much, so I had surgery at another hospital.
