I was stressed because of my short neck and trapezius muscles, and I heard that if you get Botox in the trapezius along with the neck muscles, your neck could look slimmer, so I looked into it and ended up going. After the procedure, maybe because my neck muscles became slimmer, I definitely feel like I look more delicate, and there's also an optical illusion that makes my shoulders look narrower lol. But I think you should know in advance that for a while, when you lift your arms, your shoulders can feel stiff enough to be slightly bothersome.
