I didn’t want an implant inserted and wanted rhinoplasty that looked truly natural, so I had it done at Olive without an implant. It’s been about 4 months since surgery now, and I’m very satisfied. It was done using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and first of all, I dislike noses that look too flashy and obvious, so what I like most is that it is high yet natural. I also like that the nasal tip shape is not too pointy and does not look pinched! I really like the shape so much!
